The result of analyzing the DNA base sequence of natural wild ginseng, which is the mother cells of wild ginseng cultured root, indicated that the structures were identical. In addition, specific saponins including Rh2, panax saponin C, 20s-glucosyl-ginsenoside RF, Malonyl-G-Rb2, Malonyl-G-Rb3, Malonyl-G-Rc, and Malonyl-G-Rd, that are rarely extracted in ginseng and red ginseng, were found in natural wild ginseng and wild ginseng cultured roots.
